Peter Matthews

Peter Matthews has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Warehouse IT Support Manager at HelloFresh since April 2019, following roles as Associate IT Manager and in IT Infrastructure. Previously, Peter worked as an IT Desktop Support Analyst at CVS Specialty, providing lead support for a call center and pharmacy with 300 endpoints. Prior experience includes serving as a Help Desk Technician at Apogee IT Services, supporting 2,500 users across major banks and healthcare providers, as well as a Help Desk Specialist at Stellar Academy, where Peter provided end-user support in an educational setting. Peter began their career in sales at MarketSource, representing Hewlett-Packard. Peter holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Raritan Valley Community College.
