Who we are looking for

Pearl is in search of a Lead Product Manager - Growth, who is passionate about leading complex, high impact projects and setting vision for the Growth discipline at Pearl. You will own the entire growth funnel, ensuring a world-class first time user experience and continuously working on shortening time to value. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned Growth Product Manager who is savvy, curious, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can effectively define and communicate vision to leadership, balancing business needs with deep empathy for the user while confidently steering teams to execute with quality and velocity. This person must be a self-starter who can work through ambiguity to lead projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for initiating and driving new growth initiatives such as referrals and bundling products. This role will report to the Chief Product Officer.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in the B2B SaaS soace.
  • You are a motivated self-starter who has high levels of customer empathy.
  • You are a systems thinker and are able to break down complex problems into their component parts, understanding the levers available to you and estimate potential impact of each.
  • You are deeply analytical and data driven and feel comfortable digging into the numbers.
  • You can self-serve or partner with Data Teams for complex asks, and are adept at pulling numbers into a narrative to present cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • You have experience using Agile/Scrum/Spring methodologies including Sprint planning and execution, as well as a strong understanding of software development management methods.
  • You have entrepreneurial instincts with clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and support.
