Jennifer Mingucci

In the 1960’s my grandfather was a fireman on a fireboat in Newark, New Jersey and I now carry on the family tradition by preventing fires inside businesses. I am known for running toward problems and overhauling systems, elevating brand standards, and building community through my relentless optimism and energy.

Over the past 13+ years, I have cultivated a culture of servant leadership through professional development, hands-on coaching, and personal mentorship with high-performing teams from coast to coast while training a global network of franchisees at Kidville. I have been leading teams remotely since 2014 and have built a custom repertoire of leadership tools, systems, and techniques to form connections and trust despite the distance.
