Safet Isljami has worked in various roles since 2012. In 2012, they were the Global Internship Program Manager for AIESEC. In 2013, they were the Lead Up Manager and Logistic AgroBiznis Forum for AIESEC Serbia. In 2015, they were a Quality Assurance Tester for Rhea Software. In 2016, they were an Online Specialist Balkans for Avon. In 2017, they were a QA Engineer for Round Globe Technologies. In 2018, they were a QA Engineer for CallidusCloud. In 2019, they were a Manual QA Engineer for Avast. In 2022, they are a QA Engineer for Super (hellosuper.com).

Safet Isljami obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming/Programmer, General from the University of Belgrade between 2010 and 2013.
