Jose Cruz has worked for HelloTech Inc. since 2015. Jose began as a Logistics role, working with and managing technicians across major markets in the US, and working close with customer service, product development, and partnership development teams. In 2022 they were promoted to Senior Partner Success Manager.

Jose Cruz obtained an Associate's of Software Development from ITT Technical Institute-Culver City between 2013 and 2015.
