Earlier in their career, Kaustubh worked as a Management Trainee at HomeShop18, where they generated significant revenue across B2B and bulk order verticals, streamlined deal closures, and facilitated collaborations with other companies. Kaustubh Singh served at HomeShop18 from April to August 2014.

Kaustubh began their professional journey at Infosys Technologies Ltd as a Senior Systems Engineer. Kaustubh Singh contributed to the company from November 2009 to June 2013.
