Olga Vega Viazcán

Olga Vega Viazcán serves as the Director of HR Americas at HELM AG, with a robust background in human resources and continuous improvement. Previously, Olga held positions such as Continuous Improvement Manager at FEMSA and HR Americas Lead at PPG Industries. Additional roles include HR Shared Services Center Manager at both PPG Industries and Ford Motor Company, as well as Project Manager for Infrastructure Operations and Application Development, and Systems Engineer for PeopleSoft at Ford Motor Company. Olga began their career as a PeopleSoft Senior Consultant at SINTEGRA in Mexico. Olga holds a Licenciatura in Informatica from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and an HR Analytics Leader certification from the Academy to Innovate HR.
