Maarten Rooney is an experienced leader and entrepreneur with a robust background in social enterprises, technology, and organizational development. As Co-Founder and CEO of Singlify since January 2018, Maarten has positioned the company as a key player in the social investing sector. Prior to this, Maarten served in various consultancy and management roles, including product management at Homeless Link, where critical technology redesigns were implemented, and organizational advisory at The Social Innovation Partnership. Earlier career highlights include serving as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at Youth Business International, overseeing numerous partnerships, and fostering governance structures. Maarten's professional journey began at Accenture, where contributions were made in both business advisory and financial services consulting. Maarten holds a Master of Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
