Aanchal Mishra

Aanchal Mishra has a strong background in human resources and has held various roles throughout their career. Aanchal started their journey in 2009 as a Summer Intern at Cummins India Ltd, dealer name - OVN Trading Engineers Pvt.Ltd, where they conducted research on employee motivation and analyzed data using SPSS software.

In 2010, Aanchal joined Mann India Technologies Pvt.Ltd as an Executive HR, where they were responsible for HR operations and management. Aanchal later advanced to the position of Senior Executive - Human Resource, overseeing higher-level HR tasks.

Since 2017, Aanchal has been employed at HELM360, where they have taken on multiple roles. Aanchal started as an Assistant Manager-Human Resource, gaining experience in HR management and team support. Later, in 2018, they transitioned to the role of People Success Mentor for the India Team, focusing on enhancing employee productivity and engagement. Currently, Aanchal holds the position of Global Head Human Resources, where they lead HR initiatives on a global scale.

Aanchal Mishra has a diverse education history. Aanchal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resource from Amity University between 2008 and 2010. Aanchal then pursued their passion for training and development by obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from Indian Society for Training and Development in New Delhi from 2017 to 2018.

Prior to their MBA, Aanchal earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Biotechnology from Amity Institute of Biotechnology, studying from 2005 to 2008. Before that, they completed their secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya in Shimla, specializing in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) from 2003 to 2005. Aanchal began their formal education at Convent of Jesus and Mary in Shimla, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2003, also specializing in PCB.

In addition to their academic achievements, Aanchal holds a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, which was obtained from LinkedIn in December 2020.
