Scott Richmond

Scott Richmond is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Helmer Scientific since November 2015, Richmond focuses on strategic alignment and fostering a culture of performance and personal growth. Previous roles include Director of Continuous Improvement at Express Scripts, where Richmond managed projects to enhance operational efficiency, and Manufacturing Manager at Arrow Container Corp., overseeing the entire supply chain while implementing lean manufacturing principles. Richmond's career also includes engineering positions at Gatorade and North American Lighting, alongside a foundational role as Lead Engineer at Farmweld, Inc. Richmond holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
