Bobby Sizemore

Bobby Sizemore currently serves as the Safety Leadership Training Manager and Safety Leadership Coach at Helmerich & Payne since March 2016, where responsibilities include facilitating leadership workshops and coaching safety leaders to enhance the company's safety culture. Prior to this role, Bobby worked as an HSE Field Rep at Helmerich & Payne from February 2014 to June 2015, focusing on maintaining industry safety standards at the rig level. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Manager and Regional HSE Manager at Patterson-UTI, overseeing multiple rigs and managing safety strategies and personnel. Bobby holds a Bachelor in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, an Associate in Applied Science in Occupational Safety and Health Technology from Odessa College, and a Level 1 Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Technology.
