Debra Stockton

Debra Stockton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Debra started their career at Williams Communications in 1996, where they worked as a Senior Attorney primarily focusing on purchase and sale contracts for fiber, services, and equipment. In 2001, they joined AFN Communications as a Senior Counsel before moving to Conner & Winters in 2004, where they became a Partner. In 2008, they joined EverGreen Solutions as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at RealPage, Inc. in various roles, including Associate General Counsel, Corporate Counsel, and Senior Vice President of LeasingDesk Screening. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Helmerich & Payne since 2021, after previously serving as General Counsel and Senior Counsel at the company.

Debra Stockton attended Northeastern State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/Business Administration. Debra later attended The University of Tulsa College of Law from 1991 to 1994. No degree or field of study was provided for their time at the law school.
