Eric Wilson

Eric Wilson, MSM, CCEP has over 20 years of work experience in compliance and auditing roles. Eric is currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Helmerich & Payne, where they provide strategic advice on ethical, legal, and regulatory compliance matters. In this role, they supervise and leads compliance audit activities and develops internal standards and policies. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Senior Manager of Compliance at the same company.

Before joining Helmerich & Payne, Eric worked at Flint Energy Services as a Manager of CSOX and Internal Audit, where they conducted audit procedures and managed the integration of newly acquired companies into the audit program. Eric also worked as a JDE Implementation Trainer during their time at Flint Energy Services.

Eric's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Cost Accountant at Labinal Aerospace, where they were responsible for financial and cost reporting and led audit processes. Eric started their career as an Accountant at DENTSPLY Tulsa Dental Specialties and then worked as an AP Oversight Analyst at International Business Machines. Eric also served as a Staff Accountant at Deloitte Consulting and as an Accountant at TAASC.

Eric Wilson, MSM, CCEP obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in the years 1995-1999. Eric later pursued a Master of Science in Management from St Gregory's University in the years 2006-2008. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
