Heiki Naagel

Heiki Naagel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and customer service digitalization. Currently serving as Team Lead, Coach/Mentor, and Sustainable Software Development Strategist at Helmes AS, Heiki's team develops tailored logistics software for a major telecommunications company across six Nordic and Baltic countries, focusing on enhancing customer delivery and supply chain visibility. Prior to this role, Heiki held various positions at Eesti Energia, including Head of Customer Services Digitalisation and IT Project Manager, where responsibilities spanned IT operations, project management, and agile transformation. Earlier career experiences include managing the Career and Counseling Office at Tallinn University of Technology, serving as Sergeant in the Estonian Defence Forces, and leading the Student Union of Tallinn University of Technology. Heiki holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Systems Analysis from TalTech.
