Carlos Garcia

Carlos Garcia is a seasoned professional in digitalization and bioinformatics, currently serving as Senior Manager of Digitalization at Helmholtz Zentrum München since September 2021. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Helmholtz Zentrum München from November 2017 to September 2021 and as a Bioinformatics Scientist at IPN from May 2011 to July 2017. Carlos holds a Doctorate in Informatics and Automation from Universidad de Salamanca, obtained in 2013, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Automation from the same institution, earned in 2006. Additionally, Carlos completed a degree in Computer Systems Engineering at Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas in 2001.
