Emily Drew

Emily Drew has extensive experience in operations and management within the insurance sector, currently serving as Manager of TPA Operations and Operations Excellence at Helmsman Management Services LLC since February 2018. In this role, Emily oversees teams to ensure compliance with contractual commitments and manages risk business acquisition and retention processes. Prior to this, Emily held positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where responsibilities included product management and underwriting, alongside previous actuarial roles at Towers Perrin and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Decision Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and possesses CPCU and AU designations.
