Ana Matijašević

Ana Matijašević has a diverse range of work experience. Ana started their career in 2013 as Sales Staff at Duty Free Shop, Dubrovnik Airport, where they worked until 2018. In 2019, they joined Adriatic DMC as a Tourism Field Assistant, where they welcomed guests at the airport, sold excursion packages, and provided information to cruise passengers. Ana also worked as a Tour Leader for French groups in the Dubrovnik area and nearby countries. Currently, since 2021, Ana is employed at heloo as a Customer Support Agent and has been promoted to the role of Customer Care Team Lead.

Ana Matijašević obtained their high school diploma from Gimnazija Dubrovnik in 2013. Ana then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature and Pedagogy at the University of Zadar from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they enrolled in the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Master's degree in French Language and Literature with a focus on Phonetics. Additionally, in June 2018, Ana obtained a Certificate of language proficiency in English Language (C 1.1) from Centar za strane jezike Filozofskog fakulteta u Zagrebu. Ana also acquired a certification as a Certified Tour Guide for Dubrovnik-Neretva County in English and French from the University of Dubrovnik, Croatia in February 2020.
