Yonattan Valenzuela

Yonattan Valenzuela has a diverse range of work experience in various roles, primarily in the hospitality and customer service industries.

From August 2020, Valenzuela has been working as a Customer Care Team Lead at TaskUs, where they are responsible for leading and managing different teams and ensuring the achievement of objectives. This includes training and developing staff, monitoring activities to meet service levels, managing client relationships, staying up to date with industry trends, and tracking customer service metrics.

Prior to this, Valenzuela founded Patiperro Leatherwork in 2014 and served as the Founder until April 2023. Yonattan also worked as a Coffee Shop Manager at Espresso House Group from December 2018 to August 2020, and as an F&B Manager at Generator Hostels from March 2016 to December 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for managing operations, coordinating services, and designing food and beverage offers.
