Cristen Benz MS RDN holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Nutrition from Colorado State University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism & Public Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1993 and 1997. In addition to their formal education, Cristen has obtained several certifications, including Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) from the Chapman Institute in 2014, Corporate Wellness Coach from The Spencer Institute - Official in 2012, Health Coach Certification from Wellcoaches in 2008, Registered Dietitian from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2006, and Child & Adolescent Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2005.
