Michelle Parker

Michelle Parker has over 25 years of work experience in various management roles in the restaurant industry. Michelle most recently served as the Market Operations Director at Help at Home since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of Operations at Papa John's International from May 2020 to December 2022. Michelle also held the position of Regional Sales Manager at H+K International from 2018 to 2019, where they were responsible for building and developing a sales team to expand the company's presence in multiple states. Before that, they had a long tenure at McDonald's, where they held several director-level positions, including Director of Operations, Business Reviews from 2014 to 2016 and Director of Operations, Restaurant Operations from 2012 to 2014. Michelle also served as a Field Service Manager from 2006 to 2012 and a Deployment Manager from 2004 to 2006. Michelle began their career at McDonald's as a Business Consultant, Training Consultant, and Restaurant Manager from 1995 to 2000. Their experience spans various aspects of restaurant operations, strategy, and leadership.

Michelle Parker attended Sam Houston State University from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies.
