Trudi Colby

Trudi Colby currently serves as the Market Manager for Illinois at Main Street Health since November 2023. Prior to this role, Trudi held the position of Director of Healthcare Transformation at the Illinois Rural Community Care Organization (IRCCO) from September 2015 to December 2023, while also serving as the Director of Healthcare Transformation - Nurse Consultant and Educator at the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) during the same period. Earlier in Trudi's career, experience included working as a Rural Health Clinic Nurse at Princeton Family Physicians from August 2003 to January 2016 and as an ICU RN at Perry Memorial Hospital from June 1999 to September 2005. Trudi holds a combined Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from McKendree University, earned between 2018 and 2021, and has obtained Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse degrees from Lakeview College of Nursing and Parkland College, along with an RN-BSN from Morehead State University.
