Samantha Kofroth

Samantha Kofroth has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Samantha began their career at CVS Caremark Corporation in 2007, where they served as a Shift Supervisor for eight years. In 2015, they joined Open Systems Healthcare and held various roles, including Human Resources Coordinator and Branch Manager. Samantha was responsible for compliance with regulations, hiring employees, maintaining personnel files, and building relationships with caregivers. In 2018, Samantha was promoted to Regional HR Manager and later became the Senior Regional Manager for HR Operations in 2022. Their most recent role was with Help at Home, where they served as a Project Manager for Quality Compliance before being promoted to the position of Quality & Compliance Lead for Pennsylvania and Delaware.
