Steven Columbus

Steven Columbus has a strong background in IT service delivery and management. Steven currently works at Help at Home as the Director of IT Service Delivery. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager and Manager of the IT Service Desk. Steven has also gained extensive experience at Cigna, where they held various roles such as Technical Support Senior Specialist, Technical Support Manager, Infrastructure Engineer Manager, Infrastructure Engineer Senior Specialist, and Application Development Specialist. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in change management, infrastructure release management, distribution services, software distribution, and customer support center. Steven is skilled in providing technical support, implementing process improvements, and managing teams and projects effectively.

Steven Columbus completed their high school education at Drury High School from 1997 to 2001. Steven further pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Technology (IT Track) from Sacred Heart University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005.
