Paul Firth is an experienced leader in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as Director of Global Music Industry at Amazon Music, where responsibilities have included various international and regional roles since May 2011. Firth also holds the position of Board Trustee for Music Minds Matter and serves as an Executive Sponsor for Glamazon UK, Amazon's affinity group for LGBTQIA+ employees. In addition, Firth is a Non-Executive Director at the Official Charts Company and the Entertainment Retailers Association, with prior roles including Head of European Buying at LOVEFiLM and Head of Music at Entertainment UK. Firth possesses a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Liverpool.
