Heidi Harris

Heidi Harris, MA, currently serves as the Lead People Business Partner at Help Scout, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Heidi held the position of Director of Global Talent Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Rubrik, Inc., where significant achievements included enhancing employee engagement and optimizing promotion processes. Heidi's career also includes roles as Director of Talent and Development at Validity Inc., where focus was on global learning initiatives, and as Director of Talent Development and Strategic HRBP at Return Path, emphasizing strategic HR alignment across multiple departments. Prior experience includes managing talent communications for Denver Public Schools and leading learning and development at WE Communications. Heidi earned a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on Organizational Development from Bastyr University and a Bachelor's degree in French and History from Colorado State University.
