K'Shelle Waller

K'Shelle Waller is currently a Product Support Analyst at Help Scout. Prior to that, they were a Customer Success Manager and Product Specialist at Instructure from November 2017 to May 2021. In this role, they managed the entire customer lifecycle from platform on-boarding to renewal and provided continued support throughout clients' use of the platform. K'Shelle also established and continuously improved processes for aggregating customer needs and feedback, worked cross-functionally during planning to drive goals set for new development, and collaborated with Product to translate customer needs into feature ideas.

Before Instructure, K'Shelle was a Client Success Specialist at Practice from October 2016 to November 2017. In this role, they on-boarded new clients and provided continued support throughout their use of the platform.

Prior to that, K'Shelle was a Coordinator at HealthCorps from June 2012 to June 2013. And before that, they were a Teaching Assistant at Richmond Pubic Schools from January 2012 to June 2012.

Their manager is Jared McDaniel, Director, Product Design & Co-Founder. They work with Cameron Mitchell - Product Support Analyst, Kieran Hazell - Principal Product Designer, and Kylie Dunkley - Senior Product Designer.
