Louis Hunter

Louis Hunter is the VP of Permanent Housing Facilities & Construction at HELP USA. Louis has over 20 years of experience in the field of property development and management.

Louis began their career in 1987 as the Corporate Chief Engineer for New Castle Hotels & Resorts. Louis then went on to start their own company, Hunter Home Development LLC, in 1999. In 2006, they joined AvalonBay Communities as their Senior Portfolio Maintenance Director. In 2015, they joined Edgewood Properties, Inc. as their Vice President of Maintenance.

Louis has a proven track record of success in the property development and management industry. Louis is an expert in all aspects of property development, from construction to maintenance to operations. Louis is a highly motivated individual who is always looking for new challenges and ways to improve their skills.
