Kanchan Sen

Kanchan Sen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kanchan has held various roles in different organizations.

Kanchan started their career in 1998 as a Regional Manager at Aesthetic Technologies, where they worked for four years. Kanchan then joined Fourth Dimension as a Business Development Manager in 2002.

In 2004, Kanchan joined CRY as a Sr. Manager Resource Mobilisation. Kanchan worked there for five years before moving to Oxfam India in 2009 as a Manager Fundraising India.

Kanchan then joined SOS Children's Villages of India in 2010 as the Head of Direct Marketing, India Operations, a role they held for five years. In 2015, they joined India HIV/AIDS Alliance as the Director of Fundraising, where they worked until 2023.

Currently, Kanchan is employed at HelpAge India as the Country Head of Resource Mobilisation & Marketing, a position they assumed in April 2023.

Kanchan Sen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta from 1994 to 1997. Kanchan then pursued a Post Graduation in Business Management at the Indian Institute Of Social Welfare and Business Management from 1998 to 2000. However, information is not provided regarding their degree or field of study at Don Bosco, Kolkata from 1983 to 1994.
