Tewodros Belachew

Tewodros Belachew serves as the Country Director at HelpAge International since August 2021, following a brief tenure as Program Development and Management Manager at the Ethiopian Medical Association. Previously, Tewodros held the position of Country Director at WEEMA International from August 2013 to February 2021, where responsibilities included establishing the country office and ensuring the organization's alignment with its strategic objectives. Tewodros has a diverse background in health and project management, having worked as a Program Officer at Kissito Healthcare and as Health and HIV/AIDS Officer at MKC-RDA, focusing on proposal writing, project monitoring, and evaluation.
