Melissa MacKay

Melissa MacKay has over 16 years of experience at Helping Hand, currently holding the position of Vice President of Quality, where responsibilities include overseeing adult services, managing a $12M budget, and implementing crisis management strategies to enhance client satisfaction. Previously, Melissa served as Director of Adult Programs, Case Management Supervisor, and Vice President of Programs, demonstrating a strong ability to manage teams and provide essential care for clients with developmental disabilities. Prior to Helping Hand, Melissa worked as a Health Services Coordinator at Ray Graham Association, where coordination of health care needs and collaboration with nurse consultants were key duties. Melissa holds a BA in Special Education and Philosophy from Illinois State University, earned from 1993 to 1996.
