Anisha Bunting

Anisha Bunting has worked in recruitment, training, and compliance for Helping Hands Homecare since December 2019. Prior to that, they were a carer for two years and a sales assistant for three years. In their current role, they manage the recruitment process from initial contact to full training for new employees. Anisha also ensures that all employees are compliant with company policies and procedures. In their previous role as a carer, they assisted customers with various conditions including MS, Dementia, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Health, Cancer and Parkinson’s. Her responsibilities included medication administration, high level moving and handling, personal care, domestic chores, and companionship.

Anisha Bunting has achieved their GCSE’s, A-Levels in both Psychology and Anisha'story, and AS-Level in Sociology from Chellaston Academy Sixth Form.

Anisha Bunting reports to Beth Thompson, International LVI Recruitment Team Leader. They are on a team with Abigail Hooper - International Recruitment Resourcer, Jayne Reynolds - Recruiter - South Africa, and Abi Vernon - International Recruitment Resourcer.
