Daniel Wocial

Daniel Wocial is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Helprise since February 2022, Wocial also contributes as a Member of the Stakeholders Committee, Lecturer, and Researcher at the University of Warsaw since March 2020. Previously, Wocial held the position of CEO and Cluster Head for Poland, Czechia, and Slovakia at The Adecco Group, where Adecco Poland was recognized as the Best Performing Country in 2020. Additionally, Wocial served as Managing Director and COO at Marsh, focusing on operational excellence in Continental Europe, and was a Partner at Mercer, where the Warsaw Centre gained accolades as the Best European Business Service Centre in 2016. With a background that includes roles at AXA, HP, and T-Mobile Polska, Wocial's educational qualifications encompass a Master's degree in Social Psychology, an EMBA from UQAM, and postgraduate studies in Insurance from Akademia Finansów w Warszawie.
