Kathy Krul-Manor, Head of People at Helpshift, is passionate about—you guessed it—people. She wakes up excited about the prospect of finding new ways to keep employees and team members happy and engaged. Kathy also looks forward to building sustainable frameworks for growth at Helpshift, as well as driving the global people strategy and enhancing the talent experience. Before Helpshift, Kathy spent more than 14 years advancing the talent agenda for Deloitte in Canada and globally. When she’s not doing yoga or hiking, Kathy spends her prized leisure time with her husband and THREE dogs. Woof.
