Narendra Pal

Narendra Pal is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in high-performance systems. Currently serving as Software Engineer III at Helpshift since October 2019, Narendra is responsible for building a user profile system that manages over 4 billion users with a projected traffic of 200k RPS and a data rate of 600 MBps. Previously, as Software Engineer II at Helpshift, Narendra scaled core databases to handle five times the existing traffic while successfully reducing latency by half. Prior experience includes an Associate Software Engineer role at Veritas Technologies LLC, where work focused on the Veritas Infoscale-Access product and developing scalable secondary storage solutions, and a summer internship at Sony. Narendra holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology, obtained in 2018, and completed higher secondary education at St. Mary's Senior Secondary School Banda.
