Oleg Krichevskiy

Oleg Krichevskiy began their career in 2009 as a Dispatcher/Management with E & E transport llc, where they were responsible for scheduling and coordinating driver routes, negotiating rates with medical insurance and workman's compensation providers, and training new employees on company policies and insurance requirements. In 2012, they joined LiveHelpNow as a Technical Support/Account Management, where they provided sales and support of the LiveHelpNow Help Desk solution, and sales of the HelpSquad managed customer service solution. Oleg also answered customer billing inquiries, scheduled demos and training webinars, and conducted demos and training webinars. In 2015, they moved to HelpSquad as an Accounts Manager, where they assisted clients in identifying the need for managed chat and switched LiveHelpNow customers to HelpSquad for managed chat services. Oleg also explained the advantages of managed chat to new clients.

Oleg Krichevskiy attended George Washington High School from 1996 to 2000.
