Silvia Reinholdtsen

Silvia Reinholdtsen currently serves as Konstituert HR-sjef and Styremedlem at HELSE NORD IKT, with a focus on HR functions and leadership development. Prior experience includes roles as Klinikkleder at OCH Ortopedi AS and various positions at SATS ELIXIA, including Treningsinstruktør Gruppetrening and Treningsansvarlig/sportslig leder. Silvia has also worked as Rådgiver for psykososialt og organisatorisk arbeidsmiljø at Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge and as a Rådgiver in ergonomics and health promotion at Tromsø kommune. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and in Combined Studies from UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, along with further qualifications in leadership and certified as a fact investigator in occupational health and safety.
