Tanya Ryder

Tanya Ryder is the Chief Psychologist & Quality Advisor at Vestfold Hospital Trust. As the Acting Head of Department at the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Department and the Mental Health & Addiction Clinic, Tanya oversees personnel, budget, and quality metrics. Tanya also serves as the Out-patient Clinic Director, Board of Assessment national representative at EFPA, and Quality Project Lead at Helsedirektoratet. With a strong background in psychology and extensive experience in leadership roles, Tanya is dedicated to improving the quality of mental health services and patient safety.
