Nataliia Koshovska

Nataliia Koshovska is a highly experienced professional in gender equality and social inclusion, currently serving as the Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Manager at Helvetas since April 2023. Prior to this role, Nataliia held various positions at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) since November 2016, including Head of the Gender and Women's Empowerment Stream and Programme Officer for Gender and Women's Empowerment. From March 2011 to November 2016, Nataliia worked at UNICEF as a Health and Education Programme Associate and served as Project Coordinator at HealthRight International from June 2009 to September 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Relations from both Sapienza Università di Roma and Kyiv International University (2007-2009), along with certificates in Leadership and Motivation from ITC ILO, Turin, Italy (2015) and Dynamic Leadership from Harvard Business School (2014).
