Helvetic Airways provides a range of short- and medium-haul air services from its Zurich (Switzerland) base. In addition to its own scheduled flights, the airline uses its aircraft fleet for charter services and ‘wetleases’ under which it provides both the aircraft and its crew. Eight Helvetic Airways Embraer E190-E1s and -E2s are currently operated on behalf of Swiss International Air Lines under a long-term wet-lease agreement.

The executive team at Helvetic Airways has a wealth of experience in both the airline industry and in accounting and finance. Members of the team have previously served on the boards of additiv, Travelnews AG, and B.A.R. Board of Airline Representatives in Switzerland. Additionally, the team is headed by someone with experience in corporate controlling at Huber+Suhner. This experience gives the team a well-rounded understanding of the airline industry as well as the financial side of running an airline.
