Pramodh Chandrasinghe

Pramodh Chandrasinghe is currently the Chair Professor of Surgery at the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka, a position held since December 2023. With extensive experience as a Consultant General and Colorectal Surgeon at multiple institutions, including Asiri Group Of Hospitals and Kings Hospital Colombo since October 2019, Pramodh has contributed significantly to the field of surgery. Previously, Pramodh served as a Professor and Consultant Surgeon at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Kelaniya, and as a Clinical Fellow at St. Mark's Hospital Foundation. Pramodh's academic credentials include a PhD in Molecular Medicine from Imperial College London, an MD in Surgery from the University of Colombo, and an MBBS from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka.
