Lucía Fabio

Lucía Fabio is an experienced data engineer currently working at HEMAV since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lucía served as a data engineer at NEXT DIGITAL HUB, contributing to Iberia Airlines by developing data pipelines and ETL processes, as well as modeling user data with Pyspark for analytics purposes. Lucía's background includes a position as a research assistant at IRB Barcelona, where data pipelines for bioinformatics analyses were created, and work as a data scientist at Badi, focusing on data democratization and dashboard development for fraud detection systems. Additionally, Lucía has experience as a Data Ops Engineer at Jampp, analyzing client data and maintaining Airflow pipelines, and began a research assistant role at the Escuela de Ciencia y Tecnología UNSAM, investigating globular proteins through molecular dynamics simulations. Lucía holds a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Buenos Aires, earned between 2011 and 2019.
