Loris Nougaret

Loris Nougaret is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as General Manager at La Felicità, the largest European food market, where management of a team of 90 employees is a key responsibility. As a Seed Investor at HEMBLEM and former Lead Manager and Artistic Director at Francette by Fuga Family, Loris has successfully revamped beverage menus and negotiated supplier contracts to enhance profitability. Previous experience includes founding and directing le Lunar, recognized as Montpellier's 'Favorite Pick' in 2019, and co-founding MOUCHET-BURY, which achieved significant revenue with multiple retail outlets. Loris holds a Licence de commerce from the University of Montpellier.
