Daniel Hirvonen

Daniel Hirvonen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Daniel is currently working as the Head of Engineering at Hemfrid AB since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as the CTO at Hemfrid AB from January 2019 to December 2021.

Before joining Hemfrid AB, Daniel worked at TVNU Sweden AB / TV.nu from September 2013 to December 2018. During their time there, they held the position of Head of Development and led a team in developing and operating popular mobile apps and websites. Daniel utilized various techniques such as Varnish, SOA, Silex, Symfony2, and Elasticsearch to build scalable systems.

From June 2012 to March 2013, Daniel was the Team Lead at SprinkleBit, where they played a significant role in building a social trading platform on top of Symfony2. Daniel managed an onsite team in Cyprus as well as a remote team in Sweden.

Before that, Daniel worked at Mayzus Investment Company as the Head of Development from December 2011 to June 2012. Daniel was responsible for recruiting and setting up an IT team and focused on developing the company's website and client area platform. Daniel also integrated various payment providers.

Daniel's career began in 2002 when they founded Dynamixx, a web consulting company. Daniel held multiple roles within the company, including CEO, Developer, and Project Manager. Daniel worked with various clients on projects involving CRM, communities, e-market, intranets, and company and advertisement sites. Daniel used PHP, CSS, XHTML, MySQL, Linux, Apache, and SMS server technologies.

Other notable experiences include working as a Product Manager at cTrader from November 2010 to December 2011, serving as a Web Developer at Soluangroup from September 2008 to August 2010, and working as a Web Developer at Mydemand from September 2007 to September 2008.
