Nader Mossavi

Nader Mossavi is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in food and beverage operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hemisphere Restaurants since March 2024, Nader previously held multiple roles at Aparium Hotel Group, including Assistant General Manager, Director of Food and Beverage, and General Manager at Jasper Hotel from March 2021 to January 2024. Prior experience includes Director of Food and Beverage at Downtown Grand Las Vegas and ASC Operations, LLC, and various management positions at notable establishments such as Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Nader began a career in hospitality management at Palms Casino Resort and is equipped with an accounting degree from St. Joseph's College.
