Blake Barthelmess

Blake Barthelmess is an experienced leader in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Solar Commercial Director at Hemlock Semiconductor since November 2023. As a co-founder and CEO of SolarX|Works, LLC, Blake focuses on improving the human experience through innovative solar applications. Past leadership roles include CEO of Norwegian Crystals, Chief Operations Officer at Columbia Basin Health Association, and VP of Applications and Client Services at Lineage Logistics. Blake has also held significant positions at Columbia Colstor, BHBPartners, Starbucks, and REC Silicon, demonstrating expertise in business development, IT governance, and operational excellence. Blake holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a Gartner CIO Certificate from the University of Oxford.
