Chris Parfeniuk

Chris Parfeniuk is a highly experienced professional who has worked in various roles within the semiconductor industry. Currently employed at Hemlock Semiconductor as an S&T Scientist and Senior Float Zone Development Engineer, Chris has held positions at The Technology Group, Dow Corning, Honeywell Electronic Materials, and Johnson Matthey. With a PhD in Metals and Materials Engineering from The University of British Columbia, Chris has a strong background in semiconductor engineering and process development. Their work at Johnson Matthey Electronics included growth of single crystal semiconductors, PVT sputtering targets, and serving as a site black belt resource.
