Shanti PI is an accomplished engineering manager and site lead at HemoCue AB, where responsibilities include establishing the first R&D team outside of Sweden, overseeing standalone software applications, and building Point of Care medical devices. With a history of impactful roles at Danaher Corporation and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Shanti has extensive experience in system analysis, requirements management, and product development.
