Tara Antonic is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources systems management and operations. Currently serving as the Culture & People Operations Supervisor at Hemofarm A.D. since April 2025, Tara specializes in HR strategy execution and project management, overseeing the integration and optimization of various HR applications. Previously, Tara held senior HR roles at TMF Group, where responsibilities included managing HR systems implementations, monitoring performance metrics, and leading cross-regional HR initiatives.
