Neelakantan R has had a diverse range of work experiences. Neelakantan started their career as a Sales and Marketing Executive at SEW Eurodrive in 2009. Neelakantan then moved to SKF India, where they held various roles including Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager Key Accounts, and Regional Manager/Industrial Sales & Marketing. Neelakantan's responsibilities in this role included developing and executing strategies for profitable growth, managing teams, and implementing customer strategies. Most recently, they joined Hempel A/S as the Head of Business Development APEC for Wind Towers & Blades.
Neelakantan R attended Anna University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechatronics.
