Phillip Kyle

Phillip Kyle has extensive experience in the field of data analytics and research. Phillip has held various roles in different organizations, starting with their current position as the Head of People Analytics at Hempel A/S since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Novo Nordisk as the GxP Training Data and Analytics Lead from February 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they served as the Global People Analytics Lead at VELUX from August 2019 to January 2021. Phillip also worked at Novo Nordisk as a People Data Scientist from September 2017 to August 2019 and at SKAT as an HR Analytics Specialist from April 2017 to September 2017. Phillip gained research experience as a Research Associate at Region Hovedstaden from January 2015 to March 2017 and as an Assistant Lecturer in Statistics at the University of Copenhagen from September 2014 to September 2016. Phillip's early career includes a role as a Project Manager at Dansk Psykologisk Forlag from September 2013 to July 2014.

Phillip Kyle completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from Aarhus University in the years 2006-2009. Phillip further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen between 2013 and 2015.
